plan, and finally, to whom do these outcomes get reported to and when ( the Reporting Strategy).

4th This plan will be presented to the leadership team for approval which sets the acceptance of data when it gets reported and provides leadership and physician experts with information that should be used for purposes of quality improvement, strategic planning, care path development, clinical research and grants, and marketing purposes, etc...
