Option 2 Preceptorship Program

A two-day preceptorship program is available for the appropriate healthcare team who will champion and implement the women's cardiovascular program or gender specific cardiovascular serviceline of care. The consultant team of Making A Difference Heart To Heart (MDHTH) share their experience in medical direction and administration of their actual operational program experiences and their 5 years of assisting as consultants to over 100 hospitals, health systems, centers of excellence in women's health, and physician practices in the development, implementation, marketing, and comprehensive production of outcomes from their own programs and Cardiovascular Servicelines. Participants are provided with an interactive, private two days of consultation, a 500 page book of educational and templated program implementation resources, a portfolio collection of complimentary and low cost resources used in the educational, awareness raising, and marketing aspects of the program in your local community. MDHTH establishes a relationship with this preceptored team of attendees that is ongoing upon their return home whereby MDHTH continues to email updates and newly found resources on an average of twice monthly to all sites they have preceptored.
